Q: ACDP is connected normally. When selecting corresponding options the ACDP remind module unauthorized . For example

   
Answer: Click on "mine" - "device authorization information".
 1: If only function ID:0001 is downloaded in authorized information list, it means that the ACDP is not authorized. You need to contact your seller to authorize this ACDP. As shown in the picture.

 
After the ACDP is authorized, operate the step 2.
 
2: If the authorization information list show your purchased function ID, but the function ID showed “ un download” , Click "License Update".


3: when the device is connected, or first running APP in mobile phones / PC software, need to make "License Update".
