Read & save EEPROM data from the original DME by bench
Use Module 3 + B48 interface board (bench mode) to read the DME’s EEPROM data
In ACDP APP, select "Unlock DME"
Plug Yanhua ACDP2 into the OBD-II port of the BMW via OBD extension cable (OBD mode)
Upload the backup EEPROM data and follow on-screen prompts to complete the unlock process.
Kindly notice:
If you click "Unlock DME," and it shows "The Application file size is less than 100kb.", the reason is that the AKL application file fails to upload properly to the server.
The Yanhua Tech is aware of the issue and will fix it in an update, just stay tuned!
