Q: Does this take care of the secured Tricore area when cloning?
    I could take two ECU's the same, one from manual the other from automatic and end result would be 100% clone the correct way 
A: It can backup flash and ee data fully

Q: I will mainly clone DDE (diesel) units. Can i clone every E series DDE? What about F- series?
A: For your need you can buy ACDP BMW X1/X2/X3 Bench Interface Board + ACDP ECU Clone License

Q: For bmw b58 ecu. Can this tool also read and write the ecu with a custom tuned ecu flash file? or is it only for backup and clone of original oem files?
A: If you want to read and write, clone B58, you still need buy this B58 bench interface board
But acdp can not write the ecu with a custom tuned ecu flash file, you need do checksum for the customs tuned ecu flash file firstly, then write it with acdp

Q: Whether this item can get vin number from dme?
A: No, it can not do this

Q: Does the software enable security to remain when writting
