The package mentioned that module 3 will read and write ISN for the listed ecus in the description but it doesn't you have to buy module 27 to do so. Will you have to buy all other module that are not included to do anything. I don't get support after sales and most of the diagrams are outdated very disappointed

First - bad support. They just show you pictures of what and where to connect, same pictures you see in the app.
Second - they might ”forget” to ship your items. After 3 weeks of not even shipping, they dont even care about time you lost. And wont shipp expedited/faster, only if u pay, even if is thier fault.
Third - FEM F30 Cloning key is not working
Fourth - 8HP Refresher was not working.

None of those problem were solved. Because no one is answering to help you.

good product but worse experience ever ,they never answer or take days to answer with excuses ,you buy stuff that they claim is in the usa and after 11 days you find out is coming from china ,Mine came with a defective adapter a broken pin and they offer to send a pin but never has been send ,when a real company should send a new adapter ,be aware this equipment works onlie and if this company ever goes down and that i think it will because the poor customer support ,you are going to end with a useless part

According to the YouTube video, we only use OBD to add keys without removing CAS4 modules. Is this a module that only uses OBD to add keys?
If not, what product should I buy?
